Camera pushes and pans over a product screen while a macOS cursor clicks and text types.

The camera pushes in, pulls out and pans to parts of the screen; a macOS arrow or pointing-hand cursor (hotspot at the tip) moves and clicks; parts of the screen type, appear, grow or change state on cue. `walk.js` documents its parameters at the top; it needs `cursor.js` and the template engine's `cam()`. Runs inside a HyperFrames video template's engine (the `HF` helpers `el` and `tl`, as in ui-walkthrough-launch).
