Platform badges orbit a line

Works inside a video template; it can't run on its own.

Badges with soft blue halos travel an elliptical orbit while the line in the middle types out from one word. Beat params: lead, rest, badges [{ label, from, to }]. Runs inside a HyperFrames video template's engine (the `HF` helpers `el` and `tl`, as in ui-walkthrough-launch).
