Narrow card widens into a line

Works inside a video template; it can't run on its own.

Words rise one per line in a narrow card; the next beat widens the card to desktop proportions, the old words fly out with a blur and the new ones fly in at a slant to settle as one line. The screen inside the card stays centred and is revealed from both sides as it widens. Beat params: words, screen, w, from, old, slots. Runs inside a HyperFrames video template's engine (the `HF` helpers `el` and `tl`, as in ui-walkthrough-launch).
